We need to insist that UNC promise in writing not to build on all the land, especially the environmentally sensitive areas

I assume that UNC has dedicated people working on CN. Does the Town or citizens have a group of people dedicated to our interests in regards to CN?

Broadening the non-residential tax base - take some pressure off of increasing residential property taxes

over-concentration of state resources in the triangle region at the expense of equitable distribution to the rest of the state. Will the university commit to a maintenance fund set aside as part of building's initial construction? Will the true costs of capital construction also reflect known/projected maintenance costs?

How can these 1000 acres make such an impact on all of CH, Carrboro and UNC? Why did UNC not purchase Meadowmont property years ago? Ideally Dean Dome, Law School , etc would be near acces to I40, 54, 15-501,etc, instead Friday Ctr sits alone with much parking to share with sports.

no new connector road from Seawell to Homestead

affordable or workforce housing

We need a new freeway exit near Town of CH and transit hub on Millhouse Rd w/ corridor paralleling RR tracks to west.

re: environment, housing, industry, etc, as proposed in book "Cradle to Cradle"
